This quiet, depressing little video is the perfect fit for my mood right now. I knew I wasn't the only one who struggled with Chronic Gas Pump Payment Alignment Annoyance. But it doesn't really make that fact any less painful to know that others are similarly devastated.

We quickly realized that there are a lot of other situations that would be fun to see animated, so we decided to run an animation challenge around this idea.
